    ROHS is not a brand but here is what it means.

    without knowing the brand and the model it is not possible to answer you and hoping that it is not an exotic model.

    These low-cost GPS from exotic Chinese brands should be avoided, there is no dedicated site and therefore no support and consequently no updates.
