I think I managed to cancel my one-day subscription, but it's a real pain; you have to call a premium rate number and be very convincing to get a confirmation email.
I canceled today, so I'll let you know soon if I am completely satisfied with the process.
Site to avoid absolutely until they simplify the cancellation!!
