Hello,
I bought a MacBook Pro 13 i5 Touch Bar (2017) with macOS High Sierra, and there was an administrator account that I couldn't manage to delete, so I looked online for how to format and reinstall my Mac. First, I restarted my PC and clicked on cmd + R when the Apple logo appeared; I erased the hard drive and renamed it. After that, I tried to install the system, but when it was 2 minutes away from the end of the installation, I got this message: "" Unable to create a preboot volume for APFS installation". I tried three times, and I keep getting the same message at the end :/!
I hope someone can help me fix this problem.
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Android / Chrome 69.0.3497.100

Hello,
I think the solution is to restart the Mac and immediately press and hold the 4 keys Shift + Option ( ⌥ ) + Cmd (⌘) + R
Release the keys when you see the spinning planet logo. Then follow the prompts knowing that the keyboard should be in QWERTY.
Choose the "Disk Utility" menu to reformat the internal disk
Then choose the "Install macOS" menu
