Error message "dc_wff.dll" on Windows 10

Hello,

I have an error message "something wrong when loading the dc_wff.dll" after starting Windows. I downloaded the DLL and placed it in C:\Windows\System32 but it doesn't solve the problem, still the error message.

How can I fix this issue?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 69.0.3497.100

Reinstall the driver --> TL-WN722N
