Hello,
I have a Freebox Revolution with two plugs, one on the box and one on the TV box which is far away.

I have 2 Devolo. The Free plugs were faulty, and they replaced them; I called Free to let them know that their plugs were blinking or turning red from time to time.

They told me that they were properly paired, but they mentioned that the Devolos were not working.

Can you provide me with the steps to pair them so they work correctly? Thank you

Configuration: Windows 8 - SSD hard drive on HP computer -Mozilla- Google Chrome - Safari - 8 GB RAM. 64-bit operating system

      Hello, I don't know, what I would like is to have Wi-Fi through the sockets on my laptop and on my MAC. I don't know how to do it? Free told me that my devices were inactive.

        Start by unpairing the devolo.
        Press and hold the home button or press the reset micro push button.
        Then reconnect them and press the button briefly for 2 seconds.
        If they are compatible with the freeplug, they should connect.
