Hello,
my mother has a problem with her Wiko Lubi 4, she can't make calls, it says "operator services control."
I tried it on a Samsung Grand Prime and she can make calls there. What could it be, the phone or her SIM card?

Hello Patrice,
To remove the error message on your Wiko Lubi 4, I suggest a small manipulation:
you just need to set your mobile phone from the Call Settings menu and then go to the switching line menu where you need to switch to the line where your SIM is currently placed (for example: my SIM is placed on Line => (The SIM card reader) Number 1 so I need to check if the switching is also set to Line 1 otherwise the error message will always display when you try to make a call because there is no SIM card on Line 2 and that’s the cause!!!
but if you switch to Line 1 from the switching settings the message will no longer display or you can move your SIM card to Line 2) that’s all..
