Hello, I would like to report issues with this washing machine so that potential buyers are not misled like I was. I had previously alerted Samsung's customer service, but they did not take my request seriously. My Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine purchased in 07.2015 is now out of order because the power module is worn out (after only 3 years). The repair costs 270 Euros. I do 2 loads a week and without overloading. I find it unacceptable that Samsung does not take responsibility for the hidden defects of this machine, and I would like to join a group with the same issues as mine in order to contest or take action to obtain compensation.
