Freebox Crystal Issue

Hello,
I received my Freebox crystal yesterday. I followed all your instructions but nothing works, still stuck on step 2. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 68.0.3440.91

    Freebox stuck on step 2: So the Freebox cannot find the ADSL signal.

    The most likely hypothesis is that the connections are not made at the DSLAM: your line is not operational, and you need to wait.
    Another possibility: the box is defective.

    To eliminate any problems that could be on your side (connection error), connect only the Freebox to the phone jack and to the power supply, and wait.
    When the Freebox shows the time, everything will be okay. You will unplug it and make the connections to your equipment.
