This type of error is simply due to a problem with the association of the Freeplugs. I recommend re-associating them by following the steps indicated in this link: https://www.free.fr/assistance/788.html#step-790

The manipulation is done, my two plugs are green and I'm still stuck on NETWORK help !!!!
Test a direct connection between the ADSL box and the TV box just to see if the TV service is operational. If not, call 3244 for a check of all your equipment.
