Hello TV in test mode

Hello,

I don't know if I'll find a solution here, but I'm giving it a try! :)
When I got home, my son told me about a problem with my Samsung TV Model: LE32A456C2D. Did he touch the remote? I think so, but anyway! It keeps changing colors—green, white, red, and has a grid pattern; we can only turn it off and on again...

So I tried to find a solution on the internet; I tried several suggested things, but nothing worked. I then contacted Samsung customer service, who asked me to hold down the power button for 20 seconds and then turn on my TV to access the menu, which didn't work. They advised me to call a technician who is two hours away from me and it will probably be costly to have him come.

    Hello, if you have the manual, the problem should be listed there or at least it should tell you how to go to the menu. Otherwise, on Samsung's website, there's a forum where you can ask your question.
    Also, on the remote control, there's the "menu" button; does anything happen if you press it?

      No, I don't have the manual because I bought it second-hand a little while ago.
      Yes, I have the menu button, but apart from turning it on and off, unfortunately, I can't do anything else. I've tried several manipulations that I found online, but none of them worked :s, and yes, thank you for the suggestion, I will also post my message on their forum.

      Thank you :) for the discussion I already had, and for the manual, nothing indicates my malfunction, but I saved it just in case! ^^ While searching with the right keywords, they talk about panel failures or another manipulation to do, which I will do right away. If it’s the panel, I will check the manual for the brand and try to change it :s thanks to you!
