Blurry print

Hello,

I have a problem with my HP Photosmart printer: when I print a document from my computer, the print is "blurry," as if there were two copies of the text with a very slight offset. However, when I print a document placed directly in the printer or when I print a test page, there is no issue.

Any diagnostic ideas?

    Your offset, is it done on a pure black text only or on a black printed with the 4 inks??

      Hello, I apologize for taking so long to reply and thank you for your response. However, I don't know how to tell if the black is printed from black only or from the 4 colors. I just printed a document from the PC (where the problem occurs) by setting "print in grayscale" beforehand... It's very strange, some blacks appear normal and others very blurred...
