Hello,

I have been using Open Office Calc for years, and for the past few months, it keeps crashing!
Either when saving it tells me "bad allocation," or when switching between spreadsheets, it stops working.
In any case, I have to initiate a recovery, and all the entered data disappears.
I have set it to auto-save every minute, but I can hardly do less.
Thank you for your help, as the amount of re-entries is impressive.
Best regards,
René

    Good evening
You might want to check the memory allocation
Tools > Options > Open Office > change to 96 MB
    10

I have a similar problem with OpenOffice Writer. As soon as I want to move to a new line, it stops working and shuts down, and I can only recover it. But I can't do anything. I uninstalled version 4.1.13 and reinstalled the new version OO 4.1.14, but there’s been no improvement. I switched to 96MB for the RAM, but it didn’t help at all. It’s been going on for about 10 days now, and I really need to make progress.

      Help!!!!
