Purge user profile Open Office ? (Windows 10)

Hello,
The Apache OpenOffice application (4.1.6) regularly shuts down when opening an
ODT file. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled (downloaded from OpenOffice.org)
the application: the problem persists. I read (forum) that the solution might be to purge
the OpenOffice user profile? If so, could you provide me with the exact procedure
to follow?

    Hello
    press the WINDOWS key (a flag) and R (simultaneously).
    -Then, type %appdata%
    -Look for the OpenOffice or LibreOffice folder
    -Rename it to OldOpenOffice or OldLibreOffice
