Hello,
I downloaded Neat Office for free but the help section isn't installed? What can I do, how?
Thank you if you can provide me with information in a simple way. I’m 70 years old and don’t understand all the technical terms!

    Simply because this software provides no assistance.
    It is a poor substitute for OpenOffice.

    Use OpenOffice.

        As already mentioned, it's probably a bad choice if you want help and you're struggling.
        The best option is to switch to LibreOffice, for example, as there you'll find help and a community with support as well.
