Hello,

I identify someone in this option will their friends see this post, and if so, will my friends see it too?

    Hello,

    If you have set the privacy to "me only", only you will be able to see the post, regardless of whether you have tagged other people.

      but I saw this on Facebook, that's why I'm asking the question

      Only me: this option allows you to post content to your Journal that only you can see. Posts set to Only me will appear in your news feed, but not in your friends' feeds. If you tag someone in a post set to Only me, that person's friends will also see the post.

        Yes, the Facebook FAQ is correct... it only shows the publication to you, unless there is an identification... the identified person also sees it and even receives a notification.

      Yes, that's true, I might be wrong.

      There is indeed a way to check all of this.

      Go to your profile and then to "VIEW AS".

      Your profile will display as a public profile, then indicate some examples of friends tagged in the post and others not tagged, you'll see if they can view the post or not.
