Francy-annu site: scam?

Hello
When I visited the francy-annu site, I noticed that my current mobile number (which I have had for over 20 years) is assigned to someone else.
After searching with the operators, they confirmed that the number has never been associated with this person.
However, the landline numbers seem correct.
Additionally, I find my name and surname in the city where I live, with a completely false address and a number that has never been assigned to me (checked with mobile phone operators).
What do you think?

      It may be people from francy-annu who are posting favorable comments to balance things out, since the vast majority of comments are negative.
