The only truly free one is:

The others say it’s free but actually they redirect you to a 08 number or by SMS for 4.50 euros!!!!!!! And when you receive the SMS response, you have to call to find out the name. It’s really outrageous and especially misleading advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
