To find out who owns a number, there are several ways to do it:
EDIT: it is possible to go directly to the voicemail without ringing the phone.
All "free" mobile / portable reverse directory sites = "SCAM".
- Search for the number on Google;
- Call the number anonymously by prefixing with #31#, then just listen to the voice or end up on the voicemail!
