Hello,
how do you remove the motherboard?
It seems to me that you have to take off the entire back of the TV!
I would like to know if it's possible without risking breaking other components.
Thank you for your responses.

Hello,
have you tried your HDMI cable on another device or another HDMI cable on your TV?

Good evening,
yes I have plugged in a new cable. Moreover, it works with the SCART cable but the picture isn’t great at all. I changed the decoder but the HDMI ports, of which there are 4, still don't work. I had no signal and the Orange technician told me it was the HDMI ports because it works with the SCART, so it's not the operator's fault. I even connected the Livebox at a friend’s place and everything works there, so the issue is with my TV.

Yes, it can be opened, but you won't be able to do much. If it were just one HDMI port, it would be a port issue, but all four means the HDMI controller is dead, and you won't be able to do much.
You can still open it to take a look; you never know, but I don't think it's repairable without changing the motherboard. Unless that's what you want to do ^^, normally you just have to unscrew it to open it.
