Hello,
I am encountering a problem with the thousands separator in a Word mail merge.
The data format in Excel is a number with the thousands separator applied (for example, 21'000.00).
In Word, I am using the following formula to get the number in the correct format (with the thousands separator):
MERGEFIELD "field name" \#'00.00
And I receive the following error message:
Error! The image string contains mismatched quotation marks.
This is particularly strange since my formula worked perfectly well with the previous version of Word. I also tried using #'#0.00, but I receive the same error message.
Thank you in advance for your help as I am struggling to find a solution.
Nicolas
