Hello,

I need your help and advice for this unmanageable situation; I can hardly use it at this point.
I used ÊtreCheck to provide you with a more accurate report.

Problem related to CCM; I cannot submit the report due to your security "Please write correctly (no texting language, spelling, grammar)" even within a code tag...

Thank you in advance,

Alexis

    Hello,

It's paradoxical... You talk to us about messages like "Please write correctly (no texting, spelling, grammar)" and I didn't understand your problem at all, sorry...

Can you summarize it simply please: You tell us in the title that your Macbook is too slow, since when? In what circumstances do you notice this slowness?

    Have a good day!

    Good evening,

Here is the report I was talking about.
These slowdowns have been noted since the update to High Sierra, especially, but it's getting worse each year.
    My current observation:
    - too many software programs to clean, I think (I'm considering a complete reinstallation!)
    - replace the hard drive with an SSD of at least 250GB (do you have links to send me?)
    - add 4GB of RAM (do you have links to send me?)

    Thank you in advance, community,

    Alexis

    Hello

4GB of RAM is insufficient since Apple uses RAM to speed up its tools and applications. As a result, it is essential to have at least 8GB of RAM or more to perform well.
A MacBook Pro 13" late 2011 can accept up to 16GB of RAM with two memory sticks. They must be of the model "204-pin PC-10600 (1333 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM".

For your supposed malware issues, you can follow the good advice given here:
