Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Pro headset and it only works on the right side. The problem is that when I plug it into my phone, both sides work perfectly. The issue isn't with the cable connecting my headset to my PC as I have changed it and the problem persists. I also tried plugging my earbuds into the PC and both earpieces work fine. Therefore, I don’t know where the problem lies. If someone has an answer, it would help me a lot because I don’t want to have to change my headset if it’s something I can fix myself. Best regards.

Hi,
How does he connect and where, your headset on the PC?
Have you checked in the audio settings that you don't have an issue with the balance settings for the headset?
It could also be a loose connection on the PC side...

I would gladly say that it comes from the 3.5mm jack which is not designed for this model of PC (??? which PC)
There is a wide variety of jacks with different numbers of contacts and/or the wiring is not the same.
Does it have a microphone and headphones...?? or just headphones..?? how many contacts on the jack..?
These headsets are different for Apple or Samsung... or PCs with two jacks or PCs with one jack..
So we end up with four contacts and 16 possibilities... enough to entertain quite a few people, especially if the choice is made randomly.
Here’s an idea of the extent of the subject https://img-19.ccm2.net/u8YpoGo2IR4hxNJy-YRdX_3i7rk=/3c28ee744fe644c1a5b7c57b0bb7e750/ccm-ugc/GE2MM-connectique-bf-jack-desc-004av.png
Even the ground is not always in the same place.

Good evening, I'm afraid that the problem doesn't come from the device because my headset was working before and I haven't changed anything. The microphone works very well, and it's only the left earphone that is affected (while it works on my phone) and my cable connects to a jack cable that splits into two to connect to my PC (pink and green), and having changed the cable, the same problem persists. I built my PC myself, so I can't tell you the brand. Thank you very much for your help, have a good evening.
OK,

So there are two places to connect the headset... at the back and at the front... so, which one are you on..??
The headset seems fine. It's the connection of the adapter that goes to the headphone jack that is faulty or not the right one. to go with this PC to the headphone, Right side...
You start from the 4-contact jack of the headset, to an adapter that splits the connection into two towards the PC (Pink and green)... only the direction of the headphones is wrong... For the right headphone; because the left one works well... the wire could be cut, but you changed it, we can't say bad twice... it's definitely the ring on the four contacts that misses one because the right headphone is not on that spot, it's another model of adapter that makes the correct adaptation..
Or, you assembled this PC yourself and did not make the correct connection inside the PC.. wire loose, terminal poorly connected, positioning error..??... it gets technical, it needs to be measured with an ohmmeter and follow the connections, step by step.
There are still configuration possibilities on page 2-34
You could also buy a simple headset for 10 euros with a simple stereo jack to plug into this socket and try in a basic way.

We recommend connecting an HD Audio module to this connector to
enjoy HD quality sound.
• If you wish to connect a High-Definition Audio module at the front via this
connector, make sure that the BIOS Front Panel Type item is set to
[HD]. For AC'97 modules, set the Front Panel Type item to [AC97]. By
default, this connector is set to [HD]. Refer to section
2.6.7 Onboard Devices

Where should I go to check this? But I don't think so, otherwise I would have the same issue with my headphones
Thanks anyway
