JBL 750 BTNC headphones only work in one ear

Hello everyone, I've been searching everywhere since this morning in vain, so I’m allowing myself to present my problem here.

I have been using a Tune 750 BTNC (Bluetooth) headset for a few months now, and it has always worked extremely well (no false movements, no breakages), but since today, I only hear from the right ear as soon as I turn on Bluetooth. It seems like there is some kind of air current in the left ear, but no sound comes from that side. Just before this issue, I was connected to the Switch with the headset’s wire (the Switch doesn’t have Bluetooth sync), and as soon as I unplug it and try to reconnect via Bluetooth to my phone, the sound only comes out of the right ear. I assume the problem lies there, but I have used this setup before without any issues. I don't know if you can help me, but I'm not sure where to start with this problem. Every time I plug in the wire, both ears work perfectly, so the issue must be related to Bluetooth, but I have no idea how to fix it.

I have exactly the same problem, but since I started using my headset... I have never been able to get the Bluetooth on the right side to work...

    Hello,
Does your headset work with an app like Logitech ones?
You use a smartphone... What brand and model is it, and what OS (Android or iOS) does it run?

      Good evening,
unfortunately, there is no application related to this headset or at least I haven't found one.
      I use a Huawei P Smart
and it's really when I turn on the headset that I notice the sound only comes from the right side, so even before connecting it to anything (when it turns on, it plays a little tune).
