G533 Wireless headset issue: suddenly stopped working.

Hello,

I just realized that the microphone on my Logitech headset is no longer working. It happened quite suddenly because I was talking with friends and then in one second it stopped working. So I tried to reinstall the drivers, I unplugged and replugged my USB dongle, I even checked for errors to see if there was any problem, and there wasn't. So I'm asking you if you have a solution before it goes out of warranty.

    Hello,

    The first thing to do is to restart the computer and test it on another computer. If it still doesn’t work, it will need to be sent for warranty service.

    If it works... we will discuss it at that time.
