Hello, same problem, Gigaset AS 415 A, Bouygues operator.
No issue at the beginning with this new phone, then outgoing calls are possible but there's no ringtone for incoming calls. Callers go straight to voicemail. Bouygues is trying to help me but in vain. Exchanges between phone 1 and phone 2 without success.
It's been 6 months and counting... I would like to not have a "half-phone". Thank you for your advice.
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 67.0.3396.87

AS415A with built-in answering machine then.
Callers go straight to voicemail.
Which one? (your answering machine or Bouygues' voicemail)
How is the triggering of this answering machine set up? (see the manual on page 23)
