AZERUIOP keys not working

Hello,

Recently my computer has a problem; indeed, the keys azeruiop no longer work, but they still work a little when you press down hard on them. I wanted to ask you if it's a hardware issue or a problem with the drivers. Thank you (I have a Lenovo 700-15ISK 15.6 laptop).

    However, when I press two of the letters AZERUIOP simultaneously, they work.

    Also, my PC has had this problem before; the repairmen said it was a keyboard issue. Could it be the same one? If so, to avoid paying for the repair, can we do it ourselves?
