I only see one strange thing, the credit card payment options; I've never heard of Visa cards in Europe, unless I'm mistaken, but apart from this little detail, everything else is secure.

Phone in France, address in DK, probably the same for the Head Office (Very convenient in case of disputes..).... Meh, meh..

Zero employees.. A one-man band doing everything?. From experience, this kind of site is not always reliable (Responsiveness, delivery times, customer service..).

It is impossible to exchange a product; you have to return the product for a refund within 5 weeks, and they will deduct 7 euros for return shipping fees, so we end up paying 3 times the shipping fee of 7 euros, which amounts to 21 euros in total, and wait 5 weeks for the refund.
A piece of advice: do not order from them, as returns or exchanges are free and much faster on all other sites!
