It is impossible to exchange a product; you have to return the product for a refund within 5 weeks, and they will deduct 7 euros for return shipping fees, so we end up paying 3 times the shipping fee of 7 euros, which amounts to 21 euros in total, and wait 5 weeks for the refund.
A piece of advice: do not order from them, as returns or exchanges are free and much faster on all other sites!
