after reading your FAQ to find out if a site is reliable or not

I soon found myself facing the following dilemma:
-Super-Prix.fr
-ML and T&Cs not visible (note I'm not good with the internet but at the bottom I didn't see the words "legal notices" or "general terms and conditions of sale")
-site BE (so Belgian if I'm not mistaken)
-wot that doesn't indicate anything alarming
-HTTPS for the transaction
and a doubt that makes me hesitate to complete my purchase
could someone help me please?

My opinion on the site super-prix.fr is clear.
All the products sold on the site come from Alibaba or AliExpress.
In theory, there's nothing wrong with that, but these platforms are well-known for counterfeit goods of all kinds and bulk purchases.
Some products on super-prix.fr are sold for €29.99, while they are sold for less than €1 on AliExpress.
They don't even bother to take a proper photo and use the original seller's photo instead...
There is no guarantee of receiving the products as the company is outside the European Union.
It seems more like a credit card vacuum.
Super-prix.fr is starting to attract the naive on Facebook by offering free items (counterfeits of video game merchandise) for just the shipping costs.
Super-prix.fr should be AVOIDED
I am deliberately repeating super-prix.fr review so that this message ranks well in search engines. -

Then indeed, by doing a whois, it's in Belgium, but in their so-called T&Cs (privacy policy not even in French), they are based in

Which doesn't really match Belgium.
But that's just my opinion.

For me, this site is no more reliable than a rotten board. Indeed, there are no terms and conditions and the "contact" redirects you to some random Facebook page!!! Wot puts it on alert for me? (moderated) but well, for my part, I agree with bendrop, no trust at all!!!

Hello everyone,
I have nothing to gain from this... I just want to share my first experience with the site super-prix.fr.
Like you, I was wary, so I ordered 3 free items with just the shipping costs to pay (these were reduced because I had 3 shipments... even though they are now arriving one by one...).
I’ll skip the details...:
- Order placed on May 8 in the morning.
- Confirmation of receipt and shipment 1 hour later... stating a delivery time of 3 to 5 weeks, or a maximum of 8 weeks, and one or more shipments for my 3 items...
- Received on May 30 a first small package (a mini envelope of 8x12 cm with a pair of earrings inside...
- I sent an email today at 9:09 am reporting that one of the earrings arrived bent and the 2nd was broken at the joint between the loop/stem due to the packaging being too thin...
- Response at 9:23 am asking for a photo to confirm my claims and get a faster refund...
- Sent at 9:52 am... with my concerns for the future... reorder the item...
- At 10:06 am I had a confirmation email for an immediate refund to my account... I did check: all good.
To finish the story, I paid 6.90 euros for 3 items (small jewelry)... and I was refunded 4.50 euros (shipping costs to reorder that item alone).
That's just my first experience with them... To share with you...
P.S: It's a Maxime C. who is my contact with them and he wrote personal phrases to each of my questions... and not standard phrases like some sites do, such as Le Bon Coin to not name them... Whatever your complaint, you always receive the same text (it's not us...).
