I don't have permission to modify the wifi.

When I go to the Wi-Fi settings on my Samsung tablet and I want to change the Wi-Fi, it says "you do not have permission to modify Wi-Fi settings." What should I do? Please help me as soon as possible!!!

I have exactly the same message. I want to connect my tablet to my new Wi-Fi after changing my service provider. And I can't. Help ????????????
