Hello

I think it’s a virus and not the program.

Since I got it, my computer has become slow and my antivirus (Avast) keeps going off.
Every 15 seconds or so, it opens a page telling me it has blocked a threat. I’ve tried to remove it using Avast, but nothing works, it won’t delete this virus!

It constantly tells me:
We have moved dwm.exe to your quarantine zone because this item was infected by Win64:Malware-gen.

How can I remove this virus? (For free if possible)

I have Windows XP Pro version 2002 service pack 3
AMD Athlon(Tom)64x2Dual
Processor side 5600+
2.91GHz 3.00GB of RAM
My computer isn't recent, but before this it was working just fine!

    Hi,

    To check the computer, I invite you to run this FRST scan and return the reports:

    Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read it carefully - everything is well explained ).

    Download and run the FRST scan,
    Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

    Three FRST reports will be generated:
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additional.txt


    Send these 3 reports to the website https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to share them.
    In return, provide the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so that we can review them.
