Hello,
I installed micro torrent and since then a search engine called v9 is preventing me from going on the internet. Moreover, when shutting down Windows, a file called task host windows is making my PC crash. I'm trying to uninstall task host windows but I can't. Please help me.
Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 31.0.1650.59

wanting to delete Task Host would be like wanting to kill your PC...
The right reflex is to always search on Google before doing anything.
If you search for Task Host, you can easily come across this:
https://www.fichier.net/processus/taskhost.exe.html
So I advise you not to try to delete it. However, it could be an infected file posing as Task Host. So read the article and check if that's the case.
For your search engine, first of all, you should always uncheck the buttons that install add-ons when installing software.
To get rid of all your troubles, use AdwCleaner from Xplode:
