    Hello,

    It's most likely to inform you that the loading is in progress.
    For your browser to display the content of a web page, it must first load that page.
    Depending on the page/site you are on and the content of that page, the browser will need to load content more or less frequently.
    If it bothers you so much to see the message every time it loads, you have the option to hide this status bar somewhere in the options of Chrome.
