GMAIL stuck on 'loading'

Hello,
For the past few days, I've been receiving my emails just fine, but I can't send any, neither new ones nor by clicking "reply"... what should I do?
It stays on 'loading'.
Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.77

Hello,

Have you tried with another browser? It's probably a Chrome extension that is blocking it.

To verify this, just launch the browser in safe mode.
  • For Chrome: press Windows+R and then 
    chrome.exe --disable-extensions
  • For Firefox: press Windows+R and then 
    firefox.exe -safe-mode
  • For Internet Explorer: press Windows+R and then 
    iexplore.exe -extoff

indeed, trying it on Mozilla works...
but what should I do then? I prefer Chrome to Mozilla ??

You need to manage the Chrome extensions and remove the "Microsoft... and Bing" extension that is infested.
I found out after running Adw Cleaner which exposed a PUP in the Chrome extensions.
