Hello
I can't manage either, I'm trying to add highlight stories to a new category other than the existing one and they were going in the same one like it had nothing to do with it. Then I decided to delete all the highlight stories thinking it was a bug and now I can't add any back, Instagram gives me an error message... I logged out, turned off my phone, and deleted the app, nothing works, does anyone have the same issue?
Another issue, I have two Instagram accounts, my main one where I don't have access to highlight stories as if my phone didn't have this update (unable to see others', post them, or access my archives) while on my secondary account everything was working fine until yesterday, but it kind of bothers me...

As with every announced update, people panic because they are not among the chosen ones who get the new options directly... As has been said many times before, you have to WAIT!
We never have all the same features at the same time... Updates are done in batches of users... And this can take SEVERAL MONTHS. Yes, that's normal.
