Hello, I can no longer see who viewed my stories on Instagram. I turned off my phone, logged out, uninstalled the app and nothing works. However, on my professional account, I can see who viewed my stories. Thank you for your help.

Here it is, I found it, it was in my phone's settings. I had to select in the permissions: access to contacts...not easy to find.

Hello, I also have the same problem. I regularly post stories and I can't see anything anymore... I sent a message to Instagram to see if they could do something.
I turned off my phone, deleted the app, I logged in on my old iPhone 8+ still nothing... so it’s not the phone but the Instagram account. I have to admit I'm quite annoyed, I hope Instagram will respond to me and I'll get back to you, we are in this together, friends.

I have the same problem since this morning. I receive reactions to my story, so it’s being viewed, but Instagram is showing me no views. However, just yesterday I had the list of views. Any updates on this issue? I wrote to the help center twice. No response.

So I called Instagram directly and they asked me if I had an iPhone or Android, I said I had an iPhone
They made me wait and finally directed me to Instagram's email address for those with iPhones: ***@***
I sent an email to explain my situation with a screenshot to prove that I no longer have views
I advise you to send the email as well, that way they'll see that many of us have this problem..

It must be a bug; I read all the responses under this post with the same issue, and there are a few of us on this January 1st!
I could see the number of views under the previous two Stories, and all of a sudden, the last one, impossible. I deleted the app, redownloaded, logged out of my account... And this morning still nothing.
