La RAM de 2133 MHz fonctionnera dans votre PC, mais elle fonctionnera à une fréquence inférieure à celle requise. Cela peut entraîner une diminution des performances, surtout si votre système ou vos applications nécessitent une vitesse de RAM plus élevée pour fonctionner de manière optimale. Cependant, cela ne signifie pas que votre PC ne fonctionnera pas ; il fonctionnera simplement avec des performances compromises.

generally, there are very few performance differences between 2133 and 2400MHz
to be able to respond better, we need to know the brand and model of the motherboard, or if not, the brand and model of the PC, as well as the brand and model of the RAM sticks.-

It is a fact. On processors in that range, the memory buses do not allow for more. The impact is therefore more than limited since there is no magic or overclocking of the memory controllers unlike fixed machines with chipsets designed for it.
It’s fine to ask others for sources and not provide sources for one’s own even more dubious interventions.
Especially since the processor cycle frequency has no connection to that of the memory controllers. Otherwise, there would have been years with memories not even at 2000MHz and processors at 4.0GHz where we would have already noticed that. That is not the case.

Hi; even though the performance difference may seem negligible, there is a strong chance that the processor, although recognized by Windows, only runs at a limited capacity and will probably never reach its maximum operating frequency with 2133 RAM on a branded PC.

A processor can perfectly reach its maximum frequency even with much slower RAM; this is precisely why CPU caches (L1, L2, or even more) exist: to bypass RAM latency on localized operations.
Moreover, the design of recent processors further minimizes the effects of RAM latency by reading it in advance (see the different stages of pipelines and superscalar processors), and sometimes even when there is ultimately no need for it (cf speculative execution).
