3200MHz RAM running at 2133MHz

Hello, I have a problem. It's been a year since I changed my RAM, and I just realized that my RAM is running at 2133MHz instead of 3200. I already had XMP enabled in the BIOS, but it doesn't seem to change anything. Does anyone have any idea how to get them to run at their maximum speeds?
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

It depends on the JEDEC frequency table, you need to install CPU-Z and check the SPD tab.
Then, in any case, you have to set it manually in the BIOS.

In the table, you have 3 JEDEC columns and one XMP column.
Your RAM is currently in one of the JEDEC columns at 1066MHz, this frequency being the real frequency, it needs to be multiplied by two, making it 2133MHz.
Everything is normal.
Your RAM kit is not designed to operate at 2933MHz. That frequency should have been present in the table.
The only way is to manually increase the frequency in the motherboard BIOS. This is not without risk, as it can cause bluescreens and other crashes.
I advise you to leave it as it is, as it is the normal setting for your RAM kit, and you wouldn't notice any performance difference.

I assume that your 2 RAM sticks come from the same batch. The RAM in slot 2 is recognized by CPU-Z as a DDR4 3200MHz, so the other stick must also be a 3200MHz. Normally, by enabling XMP, your RAM should have operated at 3200MHz (1600MHz). Check if there is a second XMP profile you could try. Otherwise, you could attempt a BIOS update. In version F2, it says "Improve memory compatibility".

Maybe I wasn't very clear. It's about the motherboard and not the RAM sticks. Some motherboards have the option to enable 2 XMP profiles. We've heard testimonials from people who enabled an XMP profile that didn't work, and when trying the 2nd one, it set up normally.

I wasn't told something unknown. It's a well-known fact; you just need to look a little and you'll see that some motherboards, especially those from ASUS, have the option to enable 2 XMP profiles, XMP1 or XMP2. When I talk about an example I remember, it's because he was suggested to check if there was a second profile in his BIOS, and there was one. When he enabled the XMP2 profile, the RAM sticks worked at their nominal frequency.

Equivalent features to XMP can be found on overpriced boards, with different names such as DOCP for some ASUS motherboards, and EOCP for certain Gigabyte boards, which are performance-enhancing profiles when activated but resemble automatic overclocking.
XMP adheres to a standard, and it is a profile per module; when I have time to look it up, I will try to find that damn standard.
It is also possible that the confusion lies in the version of the standard:
XMP 1.0: DDR3
XMP 2.0: DDR4
XMP 3.0: guess!

Edit. To conclude the topic.
The XMP was specified by Intel; version 2.0 did indeed allow for the possibility of two XMP profiles (in practice, this second profile never appears or only on high-end modules).
Where everything changes, and where you are right on this point, is with DDR5, which introduces XMP 3.0, and apparently Intel has specified up to 5 possible profiles... we’ll see if RAM manufacturers will take advantage of them.
