Hello, I need to have the screen of my HP Envy M6 repaired, but there are many different models online. Can I choose any screen labeled Envy M6, or do I need to get the exact same one as mine? If so, where can I find its full name?

Hello,
If you go to:
- Device Manager (Control Panel > System and Security)
- Expand the "Monitors" tab
you should have your screen's references.-
Thank you, indeed we can find some information in the device manager by right-clicking on the hardware properties. I posted my message in a Facebook group; apparently, to get the complete information to change the screen, you need to disassemble the panel which has a label with more information.
Thank you anyway for the speed of your response :) -
Ok, it works.
Last possibility (for the others as well)
On "maconfig": https://www.driverscloud.com/fr/demarrer
