Hello,
I am working on a tournament with several volunteers (about 40) who will mostly not be available every day but only for a few hours here and there. I am looking to create a schedule over 4 days with tasks at different times.
Ideally, it would be an tool that allows volunteers to enter their availability and sign up for the tasks they want to perform.
What would be even better is to be able to set a required number of volunteers for each task and ensure that once that number is reached, no other volunteer can sign up for it.
I may be asking for too much, but that's what I am looking for...
Thank you in advance for your help!
I am attaching what I have started to do in Excel.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.186

You didn't specify how these volunteers express their availability:
- Do they come to your computer?
- Do they have a copy of your schedule and add their proposals on their computer?
- Do they provide the information by phone or email and is it you who updates the schedule?

Solène must have gotten lost in the labyrinth of Excel... She will come back, maybe...?
Kiss.
I agree with you about anonymity; people feel like they can do anything.
Actually, the volunteers are gathered in a Facebook group because I don't have everyone's phone numbers and emails. As much as possible, it would be helpful, somewhat like a Doodle, to share a link where they could each respond with their availability. Of course, if necessary, I can also collect everyone's email addresses, but that will take a bit of time.
Have a nice day.
