VOD purchase code for Freebox not working

Hello,

Since yesterday, I want to rent a movie on VOD through my Freebox.
I've set up my purchase code and my parental code, and when I click on rent, a message says that my purchase code is not set up??
Does anyone know where the problem might come from?

    Hi Nenette.
    Happy to be able to try to be helpful unlike some pretentious geeks with a condescending tone who forget the principle of community support.
    I tried restarting my Box again, and it worked. There's no need to change your provider, unless you're the type to give up at the first obstacle.

      Thank you very much for this response which is indeed much more effective and constructive. I was fortunately able to get the long-awaited help from a very skilled and friendly Free advisor who, after doing some manipulations and rebooting the box, was able to solve my problem!!!! So thank you very much, I'm glad I didn't switch operators lol.
