Hello,
At this address https://www.free.fr/assistance/5036.html, it says that in case of forgetting, the parental code as well as the purchase code can be found on your Subscriber Interface (My account) in the Television section > View my TV codes. But when I log into My account, I don't know where to go because when I go to the television section, it logs me out and I can't access View my TV codes. So I would like to know what to do.

Hello talkink,
You must not confuse the "Television" section of your account and the "Television" tab of the Free website (www.free.fr).
Make sure you have already created them (purchase code and parental code); otherwise, you will not find them in your management interface.
