Hello,
I don't know much about this and I don't think I have the right vocabulary, but I'll try to make myself understood.
I can't turn on the box to watch TV.
When we press the power button on the remote control, it used to change the red indicator to blue and the Free screen would appear on the TV.
Now there's nothing. When we press the power button, the light turns blue only while we are pressing it, it doesn't stay on. The Free screen therefore does not come up.
After checking several forums, I pressed the black button at the back.
After that, it resolved the issue of the light changing from red to blue.
So the box is indeed on, right?
However, the Free screen still does not appear on the screen.
I've tried everything (that came to mind):
- Setting it to AV with the remote
- Checking that everything was properly connected
- Unplugging everything and plugging it back in
Can you please help me?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 8 / Internet Explorer 10.0

Thanks again
Indeed, if the Freebox TV no longer responds, simply unplug the power supply and then plug it back in while simultaneously pressing the black button located at the back of the unit.
We can assume this is a reset maneuver.... But it worked in my case.
