Hello,
I just transferred music from my CDs to my Honor 9 Lite using Windows Media Player, but whenever I play a song, the message "sorry, playback of the file failed" appears and the music doesn't start...
The format of my music is "WMA", I'm not sure if that could be a clue..
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.99

Hello,
normally you need to convert them to MP3 (unless I'm mistaken):

https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/audio-musique/10497-free-mp3-wma-converter/
Edit:
The version of VLC player for Android should normally play WMA videos without the need for conversion...

Hello,
actually my problem was that my music came from iTunes since my last phone was an iPhone.
By copying and pasting the music to the desktop before transferring it to the Honor, I managed to get them to work.
Thanks,
