My HP tower computer emits 4 beeps 5 times.

Hello,

My computer no longer displays, the monitor doesn't turn on, it emits 4 beeps 5 times and then nothing. Can you help me?
Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 7.2

    The meaning of the beeps at startup depends on the manufacturing date of your PC.

      I would like to be able to provide more information, but this is my father-in-law's computer and since I live in Japan, it's not very easy to understand which model it is. Thank you for taking the time to respond, I will go buy a new RAM and will try this solution.
