Hello
My PC won't turn on anymore. They told me it needs to be formatted. I've prepared the USB stick with the ISO image and set the USB stick as the first boot option in the BIOS. The problem is that I end up with a black screen with a cursor at the top of the page, and when I remove the USB stick and restart, I have the same boot problem. Any solution, please?
