Hello.
I have a fixed line SFR (SFR box).
I tried to call 3639 (La Banque Postale), and I received a message:
"Your personal profile does not allow you to call this number" !

What is this "personal profile that blocks me"?
How can I call 3639 from my landline?

      That's exactly it!
      I had forgotten that I had blocked premium rate numbers!
      Which is the case for 3639! (Thanks La Banque Postale).
