Hello,
I just changed my PC (everything was working fine on the old one). I wanted to start a movie on Netflix, so far no problem, my PC launches the movie normally. However, when I connect my PC via HDMI to the TV, I get sound, I have subtitles, but I don't have the picture (even though you can see that it works normally on the PC).
Has anyone ever encountered this problem and solved it? I admit that it's a bit annoying.
Thank you.

So, in our case, using Netflix on an external screen, all Microsoft application/services like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and other browsers don't work, probably for copyright reasons... Strangely, the only browser that works for me, at least, is Mozilla! And be careful, it's the internet browser, not the app downloaded from the Microsoft Store! I hope this helps you...
Thanks for the info, I tried it and it works for me too with Mozilla on the TV via HDMI, but on the PC Google Chrome works, it's strange, maybe it's a matter of image quality?
