Hello,
Hello everyone. I downloaded "Simple Driver Updater" more or less accidentally, as I was trying to resolve an issue that exists between my printer and Acrobat Reader. It no longer prints the files I read with Acrobat. I wonder if this program "Simple Driver Updater" is reliable, as it looks like a program that scans, finds a bunch of errors, and then asks me to fix them before requesting payment for a better version. Does anyone know this program, and is it reliable? If not, what program could help me?
A big thank you from someone a bit scared.

Configuration: Windows / Edge 16.16299

    Hello,
no, it’s not reliable, uninstall it.
is your problem only with documents opened with Adobe Reader or does it happen, for example, if you want to print a text file, Word document, photo, or other documents?

at what point does this happen? You start the printing and nothing happens?

O.K. thanks. I'll uninstall it right now..
Yes, that's right, I start the printing and nothing happens. I didn’t do anything with texts, but with images, I saved them on my computer, and I then had them printed using a photo viewer and printed from there. That's why I wanted to try to fix it using the driver updater. I wonder if updating with Microsoft could help me, I’m working on Windows 10, but it’s not the original of my computer. My computer was on Windows 7, which I upgraded to Windows 8, then 8.1, then 10.
      Thanks again.

Make sure that the correct printer is selected when you print, otherwise try uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader.

Thank you once again. It's definitely the right printer. I reinstalled Adobe and everything works. Thanks again!
