Hello,
I removed the batteries from my doorbell and powered it with a small transformer. This setup has been working perfectly for several months.
But (because there is one) I had a power outage and since then I can no longer sync it. When I restore power, the signal indicator stays lit solid, and pressing the transmitter has no effect, as if there were no connection. All the other buttons work.
The transmitter battery is new.
Has anyone had this kind of malfunction?
