Access problem for service selection

Hello,

I have a Gigaset R650H pro

I make calls that sometimes redirect me to a voicemail with options (for the accounting department, press 3 for example)

However, I don't know how to do that. When I press 3, it doesn't work.

How can I enter numbers so that they are recognized?

Thank you very much!

    Hello
    Thank you for your response.
It's not a button issue but rather an access problem to services.
For example, I dial a number
    0 (to exit) 0556627128

on my phone screen appears 0556627128>E

A voice message says: to reach the secretariat, press 1, to reach the town hall press 2, to reach the accounting department press 3.

If I want to choose a service to contact, it doesn't work. For example, if I press 3, nothing happens.

    Thank you for your help.

Your device is therefore connected to a central ....
In my opinion, it's the telephone exchange that doesn't allow you to perform this type of operation.
Explain the issue to the person in charge of managing the exchange.

    Hi,
possibly check if there is a setting to disable numbering during the communication, it sometimes existed on certain phones and it is of course incompatible with those crappy IVR.

    Hello,
    No special manipulation is needed...
If the phone system you are calling tells you to press 3, you press 3, nothing else...
But wait for the system to prompt you to do so.

      Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, it does not work. I cannot reach any service that asks me to choose on a switchboard.
It's as if it's waiting for an action. I press 3 and.... for example, the number 0556626262>E appears on my screen.
I am told "to reach Mr. X press 3"
I press 3 directly and nothing happens.

I have tried with several numbers, it's always the same problem. When I need to add a number to reach a service, it doesn't work.

The E being one of the three underlying letters on the key 3 (DEF)
Are you sure you didn’t press anywhere else before you acted on key 3 (the E is obtained in text area by pressing 3 twice in succession)?

Contrary to what I said before, although I doubt it, also try composing the number by adding the 3 or another key directly at the moment of dialing the number.

I think rather that the E is for exterior. for outside call.
      It’s well before I press 3.

???? When does the >E appear?
What is your device connected to? A box... a central unit?
